| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颈部大型神经鞘瘤的诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析2004～2009年收治的5例头颈部神经鞘瘤的临床资料。结果全部患者均行手术治疗，术后患者随访均治愈。结论临床及影像学检查有助于术前诊断．手术彻底切除肿瘤是治疗该病最有效的方法．但手术应尽可能保留来源神经的完整性．

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of large neurinoma of the neck. Methods The clinical data of 5 large neurinoma of the neck from 2004 to 2009 were retrospectively reviewed and analysed. Results The tumors of all 5 cases were totally resected. All patients were fully recovered and followed up. Conclusions Physical and imaging examinations are helpful for diagnosis. Tumor resection is still the most effective method for patients with large neurilemmomas of the neck, but the function of the nerves should be carefully protected. |
