复方地黄对SAM—P/8小鼠体内脑组织SOD与ATP酶改变的影响

摘    要:目的:研究复方地黄对SAM—P/8痴呆小鼠模型脑SOD、ATP酶的影响。方法:SAM-P/8痴呆小鼠30只,随机分为模型组、脑复康组、复方地黄组,每组10只,并随机选取10只7个月健康小鼠作为老年对照组,10只2个月龄小鼠作为青年对照组,观察小鼠SOD、Na^+ - K^+ -ATP酶及Ca^2+ - ATP酶活性的变化,并观察复方地黄对痴呆小鼠协调运动功能的影响。结果:复方地黄能改变SAM—P/8痴呆小鼠的协调运动功能,并能增强SOD、Na^+ - K^+ -ATP酶及Ca^2+ -ATP酶的活性。结论:复方地黄可改变SAM—P/8痴呆小鼠SOD、Na^+ -K^+ -ATP酶及CanATP酶的活性,表明复方地黄对阿尔茨海默病(AD)有保护和治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the influence of Compound Dihuang on SOD and ATP enzyme in the brain of SAM-P/ 8 dementia mice. Methods: SAM-P/8 mice were divided randomly into model group, pisacetam group and Compound Dihuang group, and then the changes of SOD, Na - K - ATP enzyme, Ca2 - ATP enzyme and coordinated motion function of each group were observed. Results: Compound Dihuang changed the coordinated motion function of SAM-P/8 dementia mice and enhanced the activities of SOD, Na -K -ATP enzyme as well as Ca2 - ATP enzyme. Conclusion: Compound Di-huang can change the activities of SOD, Na - K - ATP enzyme and Ca2 - ATP enzyme of SAM-P/8 dementia mice, which indicates that Compound Dihuang shows a protective and therapeutical effect on Alzheimer disease(AD).
