摘    要:目的]建立微滴溶剂萃取(SDME)与气相色谱联用法对水中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)的分析技术。方法]观察优化不同萃取溶剂、溶剂体积、接受相液滴大小、搅拌速度和萃取时间等因素对富集效率的影响。结果]得到了萃取溶剂为2此甲苯,搅拌速度为300r/min和萃取时间为20min的最佳实验条件。本方法在0.5-50μg/L之间呈线性,相关系数为0.9917,相对标准偏差在4.7%-11.8%,加标回收率为89.3%~104.5%。结论]本方法有机溶剂消耗少(2μL)、萃取效率高、装置简便,是绿色环保、高效的样品前处理方法,适用于水样中微量DBP的检测。

Abstract: Objective ] To establish a micro drop solvent extraction technique joined with gas chromatography for di-nbutyl-phthalate ( DBP ) analysis. Methods ] Parameters, such as organic solvent, drop volume, agitation rate, extraction time, and salt concentration were optimized for the extraction of DBP. Results ] The optimize experimental conditions were found in which 2 μL toluene used as the organic phase, 300r/min of the stirring rate was chosen. The linear range( 0.5-50 μg/L ), correlation coefficient( 0.9917 ), recoveries( 89.3%-104.5% )and relative standard deviation( RSD )( 4.7%-11.8% )were obtained. Conclusion ] In this high efficient micro drop solvent extraction technique, only 2 μL of solvent is needed, which satisfies environment protection. It' s hopeful to be used in determination of di-n-butyl-phthalate in water.
