| 摘 要： | 目的建立益肾养元合剂的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别益肾养元合剂中的何首乌、金樱子、狗脊；采用高效液相色谱法测定益肾养元合剂中二苯乙烯苷的含量。结果在薄层色谱中检出了何首乌、金樱子、狗脊；二苯乙烯苷进样量在25．82～826μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=1．0000），平均回收率为102．0％，RSD为0．83％（n=6）。结论本方法操作简便、专属性强、准确、重复性好，可作为益肾养元合剂的质量控制标准。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the quality control of Yishenyangyuan mixture. Methods TLC was used to identify Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Fructus Rosae Laevigatae, Rhizoma Ciboth in the mixture. The content of 2,3,5,4′-tcttahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in the mixture was analyzed by HPLC. Results Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Fructus Rosae Laevigatae, Rhizoma Ciboth could be identified by TLC. 2,3,5,4′-tettahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside showed a good linear correlation over the range of 0.0258 - 0. 826 mg（ r = 1. 000 0）. The average recovery of 2,3,5,4′-tettahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D- glueoside was 102.0% with RSD 0. 83% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple, specific, accurate and reproducible for the equality control of Yishenyangyuan mixture. |
