摘    要:目的 :评价非洛地平缓释片对高血压患者血栓前状态的改善作用。方法 :36例高血压患者服用非洛地平缓释片5mg,共用药6周。观察治疗前和治疗后血压、心率、血栓前状态分子标志物———血栓素B2(TXB2)、6 -酮 -前列腺素F1α(6 -K -PGF1α)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物 (t -PA)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物抑制药 (PAI-1)及血液流变学指标的变化。结果 :非洛地平缓释片降压作用明显 (P<0 05) ,对心率无明显影响 ;随着血压下降 ,血浆TXB2 水平、t-PA含量、PAI-1含量及活性、血粘度显著下降 (P<0 05) ,6 -K -PGF1α、t-PA活性显著升高 (P<0 05)。结论 :非洛地平缓释片在降压的同时可明显改善高血压患者血栓前状态

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effects of felodipine slow-released tablets on improving prethrombotic state of hypertensive patients.METHODS:Felodipine slow-released tablet(5mg)was given to36patients,q.d.for6weeks.Blood pressure,heart rate and hemostatic molecular markers including thromboxane B 2 (TXB 2 ),6-keto-prostglandin F 1α (6-k-PG_ F 1α ),tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA)and its inhibitor(PAI-1)as well as hemorheologic indexes were measured be_ fore and after felodipine administration.RESULTS:After the treatment,blood pressure was decreased significantly(P<0.05);plasma levels of TXB 2 ,t-PA and PAI-1level and activity and blood viscosity were also decreased significantly(P<0.05).At the same time,the activities of t-PA and6-k-PGF 1α increased(P<0.05).Felodipine had no significant effect on the heart rate of patients.CONCLUSION:Felodipine slow-released tablets could lower blood pressure and improve prethrombotic state of hypertensive patients simultaneously.
