改良单侧瓣法修复腭裂的疗效

目的：探讨一种腭裂手术方法以及对腭裂术后发音的影响。方法：对106例腭裂患者改良单侧瓣手术,部分软腭较短者采用“Z”交叉以延长软腭,术后采用软腭动度恢复治疗,同时配合针对性发音训练。结果：所有病例达到一期愈合,无复裂发生,随访病例语音均有明显改善,其中78％语音接近正常。结论：改良单侧瓣手术适用于大部分腭裂患者,对患者语音的恢复与改善效果明显。

Clinical application of cleft palate repair with the improved unilateral flap

Objective To explore a method for cleft palate repair and the influence on vocalization of the patients. Methods Improved unilateral flap operation was performed in 106 cleft palate patients. In order to prolong soft palates,"Z"flap cross suture was carried out on part of patients with short soft palates. After operation, movement recovery therapy of soft palate and aimed vocalization training were adopted. Results All the patients recovered successfully and there was no one dehiscence. The vocalization of the follow up patients was improved obviously with 78% of patients showing near return of normal speech. Conclusion Unilateral flap operation can be adapted in most patients with cleft palate. This method is remarkably beneficial to the vocalization recovery and improvement of patients.
