城市老漂族的生命质量及其影响因素分析

目的了解城市老漂族生命质量现状并分析其影响因素，为提高老漂族的生命质量提供依据。方法采用世界卫生组织生存质量简表对无锡市60周岁及其以上的非本地籍老年人568名进行生命质量调查．用t检验和方差分析进行单因素分析、用多元线性回归进行多因素分析。结果老漂族在生理、心理、社会和环境四个领域得分分别为12．69±2．46、11．87±2．65、12．86±2．66和10．57±3．35。性别、年龄、婚姻状况、业余爱好和是否患慢性疾病等因素对老漂族的生命质量的影响存在显著差异。结论老漂族的生命质量整体较低，应重视其医疗服务需求及慢性病防治。

Investigation on the quality of life and its influencing factors for the elderly migrants in city

Objective To study the quality of life of the elderly migrants in city and its influencing factors, to provide a basis to improve the quality of life of the elderly migrants. Methods By using WHOQOL-BREF scale, a total of 568 migrants of aged 60 years old and over in Wuxi were interviewed. Univariate analysis was performed by t-test and analysis of variance, and multivariate analysis was performed by multiple stepwise regression. Results The mean score of aspect of physical health was 12.69±2.46, mental health was 11.87±2.65, social relations was 12.86±2.66, and environment was 10.57±3.35. The age, chronic diseases, marital status, gender and avocation influenced on the QOL of the elderly migrants in city. Conclusion The QOL of the elderly migrants in city is poor, and attention to the elderly migrants＇ demand for medical services and chronic disease prevention is needed.
