老年脊柱骨折患者生存质量现状及影响因素研究

目的探讨老年脊柱骨折患者术后生存质量现状和影响因素，旨在为针对性改善患者的生存质量提供参考依据。方法选择2010年5月～2012年5月在我院骨科住院治疗的82例老年脊柱骨折术后患者为研究对象，并选择同期82例正常老年人为对照组，采用自编问卷、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表和SF-36量表进行测评。结果与同期正常老年人比较，脊柱骨折术后患者SF-36量表中总体健康维度指标得分接近于正常人群（P〉0．05），而其余维度指标评分均明显低于正常人群，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），多元逐步回归分析发现：受教育程度、患者对疾病了解程度、康复训练情况和照顾者照顾情况与老年脊柱骨折术后患者生存质量正相关，而术后并发症与老年脊柱骨折术后患者生存质量呈负相关。结论脊柱骨折术后患者的生存质量受很多因素影响，加强对疾病的健康宣教和出院后的康复指导，确保各项康复训练措施落实到位，以提高患者术后生活质量。

The status and influencing factors of quality of life in elderly patients with spinal fractures

Objective To investigate the the elderly spine fracture patients quality of life status and influencing factors, aims to improve the quality of life of patients targeted to provide a reference. Methods From May 2010 to May 2012 in our hospital orthopedic hospital treatment of 82 elderly patients after spinal fracture patients for the study, and the same period 82 cases of normal elderly as the control group, self questionnaire, anxiety, self-assessment table, the self-Rating Depression scale and the SF-36 scale evaluation. Results Compared with the same period in normal d- derly patients, spinal fractures postoperative SF-36 scale in the overall the health dimension index score close to the normal population （P 〉 0.05）, while the remaining dimension indicator scores were significantly lower than the normal population, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, stepwise multiple regression analysis found： level of education, the patient understand the extent of the disease, the rehabilitation and caregivers to take care of the situation is positively related to the quality of life and old spinal fracture surgery patients, and postoperative complications the elderly spine fractures QOL negatively correlated. Conclusion Spine fracture surgery patients quality of life is affected by many factors, to strengthen disease, health education and rehabilitation after discharge guidance to ensure that the rehabilitation measures put in place to improve the quality of life of patients.
