瑞安市健康体检人群高尿酸血症患病率调查及相关危险因素分析

目的关于对瑞安市健康体检人群高尿酸血症患病率调查及相关危险因素的分析。方法回顾性分析于2012年1～10月在瑞安市人民医院红十字分院体检中心进行健康体检的所有年龄〉20岁以上人群，探讨引起高尿酸血症的相关危险因素及其发病率。结果高尿酸血症的独立危险因素与性别、年龄、高血压、高甘油三酯血症、高胆固醇血症及肥胖密切相关，而高空腹血糖是高尿酸血症的保护性因素。结论体检人群高尿酸血症的患病率较高，需引起医务人员足够重视，注重健康宣教，通过规正生活习惯、倡导运动，降低人群血压、血脂，可能对本病的防治大有裨益。

Prevalence survey and related risk factors of hyperuricemia for healthy people in Ruian

Objective To survey and analyze Ruian healthy people hyperuricemia prevalence and related risk factors. Methods Retrospective analysis of from January to December in 2012 a total of 55 025 cases in Ruian City People＇s Hospital and to discuss the cause hyperuricemia associated risk factors and their incidence. Results Hyperuricemia independent risk factor for gender, age, hypertension, high triglycerides acid hyperlipidemia, hypereholesterolemia and obesity are closely related. High fasting blood sugar is the hyperuricemia protective factors. Conclusion Examination crowd hyperuricemia higher prevalence of medical staff required to cause enough attention, focusing on health education, through regulated habits, advocacy campaigns, lower the crowd blood pressure, lipids, may be beneficial in the prevention and treatment of this disease.
