Orem自理理论在支气管哮喘病人护理中的应用

目的]探讨Orem自理理论在支气管哮喘病人护理中的作用。方法]将60例支气管哮喘病人随机分为实验组与对照组各30例,实验组以Orem自理学说为理论框架,依据马斯洛的需要层次论,针对疾病作用于人体所引起的生理、心理、社会反应,运用护理程序,围绕护理目标、实施护理计划;对照组按照分级护理标准去实施护理计划,完成护理活动。出院前对两组病人进行肺功能测定和生存质量评估。结果]实验组较对照组病人肺功能明显改善(P<0.05),生存质量明显提高(P<0.05)。结论]将Orem自理理论应用于支气管哮喘病人的护理中能明显改善病人的肺功能并提高其生存质量。

Application of Orem self-care theory in nursing care of bronchial asthma patients

Objective:To probe into the effect of Orem self-care theory applying in nursing care of bronchial asthma patients.Methods:A total of 60 bronchial asthma patients were randomly divided into test and control group each with 30 cases.Orem self-care theory and Maslow's requirement gradation theory were used as theoretical frame and based on physiological,psychological and social reactions caused by illness,using nursing process,nursing plans were carry out for test group cases around nursing target.However,nursing plans were carried out for control group patients and nursing activities were completed based on grading nursing standard.Before discharging from hospital,pulmonary function of patientswas measured and life quality of them was evaluated.Results:Pulmonary function of patient in testing group was improved remarkably compared with those of control group(P <0.05).And living quality of patients in test group was also promoted obviously compared with those of control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Orem self-care theory applied in nursing care of bronchial asthma patients can improve both the pulmonary function and living quality of them.
