眼挫伤所致前房积血62例临床分析

目的：对眼外伤所致前房积血62例（62眼）性别、年龄、致伤物、并发症及中西医结合治疗疗效进行临床分析。方法：记录62例（62眼）眼外伤所致前房积血的就诊时间、积血程度、积血吸收时间、并发症出现情况以及中药配合治疗时间，并加以分析。结果：前房反复出血4眼（约6．4％），继发性青光眼3眼（约4．8％），角膜血染1眼（约1．6％），外伤性扩瞳症10眼（约16％），视神经损伤2眼（约3．2％）。经过中西医结合治疗后62例患者的视力均有不同程度的上升。结论：眼挫伤所致的前房积血量大的患者，即积血量在Ⅲ～Ⅳ级者，由于吸收时间长、易发生继发性出血、视神经损伤发生率高，故迅速排除积血，防止再出血及视神经挫伤是临床分析的关键。

Clinical analysis on hyphema caused by ocular contusion in 62 cases

Objective To analyze the sex,age,vulnerant,complications and curative effect of integrative medicine therapy on 62 cases (62 eyes) of hyphema caused by ocular contusioa Method All the cases' visiting time,hyphema degree,absorption time,complications and treatment time of traditional Chinese medicine were recorded.Results There were 4 eyes of recurrent hyphema(6.4%),3 eyes of secondary glaucoma(4.8%),1 eye of cornea cruenta(1.6%),10 eyes of traumatic pupillary dilation(16.0%) and 2 eyes of optic nerve injury (3.2%).All the cases' vision increased differently after integrative medicine therapy.Conclusion The patients whose volume betweenⅢ～Ⅳhave high incidence of recurrent hyphema and optic nerve injury because of long absorption time.The exclusion of hematocele and the prevention of recurrent bleeding are the key to the clinical analysis.
