穴位注射治疗慢性乙型肝炎53例疗效观察

目的：观察穴位注射法对慢性乙型肝炎的疗效，探讨其作用机理。方法：随机分为治疗组53例，并设口服药物对照组30例。治疗组采用相同穴位交替选择药物，隔日或隔2日1次注射治疗，并从临床症状、HBeAg、HBV－DNA标志物及肝功能等方面进行比较。结果：治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为94.3%和76.6%；肝功能及HBeAg、HBV-DNA转阴效果等相比较，治疗组明显优于对照组（P＜0.01)。

Treatment of 53 Cases of Chronic Hepatitis B with Acupoint-Injection

Purpose To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint-injection on chronic hepatitis B and to study on its mechanisms. Methods Treatment group (53 cases) and control group (30 cases) were set up randomly, and different drugs were injected alternately into same points, once every other day or once every two days. Clinical symptoms, HBeAgsHBV-DNA marker and hepatic functions were compared. Results The total effective rate was 94.3% in the treatment group and 76.6% in the control group, and the treatment group in hepatic function and turning negative effect of HBeAg and HBV-DNA was superior to the control group (P<0.01).
