某部休干机构离休老干部健康状况分析与保健对策

目的:探讨某部休干机构离休干部的患病情况以及应采取的保健对策。方法:认真查询并准确记录受检者的病史,检查其一般状况、体格检查、生化检查、超声心动图、血管及腹部B超、心电图以及胸腹部CT检查等。结果:本组全部离休干部共查出17种疾病,总患病数为532例次,平均每位离休干部患5.3种疾病。按照总检出率高低对前3种疾病进行排序依次为:高血脂病、排泄障碍与冠心病。结论:高脂血症与排泄障碍是休干机构离休干部的最主要疾病,实施个体化的健康保健措施能够有效增强离休干部的生活质量及健康状况。

A retired veteran cadres do break mechanism analysis of health status and health care measures

Objective:To explore do break mechanism of retired cadres of the prevalence and corresponding health care measures.Methods:Serious inquiries and accurately recording the subjects of history,check the general condition,physical examination,and biochemical examination,ultrasound heartbeat graph,vascular and abdominal B ultrasound,ECG and chest and abdominal CT examination.Results:The set of all retired cadres and found a total of 17 diseases,the overall prevalence of number of 532 cases,each with 5.3 kinds of diseases in retired cadres. According to the overall detection rate on the top 3 diseases were in order:disease of tall blood fat,coronary heart disease and hypertension.Conclusion:Hyperlipidemia and excretion disorder is Sue stem mechanism for retired cadres of the main diseases,the implementation of individualized health care measures can effectively enhance the retired cadres of the quality of life and health.
