低钾型周期性麻痹患者血清肌酸磷酸激酶的变化及其临床意义

目的：为研究低钾型周期性麻痹（ＨＯＰＰ）病人血清肌酸磷酸激酶（ＣＫ）升高的变化过程及其临床意义。方法：研究３２例ＨＯＰＰ病人，分别在发病当天（１～８ｈ以内）、第２ｄ，第７ｄ同时测其血钾及血清ＣＫ的浓度。结果：在发病当天所有病人血钾均降低，有１例ＣＫ增高（占总病人数的３％），第２ｄ血钾正常２９例，ＣＫ增高者２０例（占总病人数的６２．５％），第７ｄ病人血钾均恢复正常，ＣＫ增高者２例（占总病人数的 ６％）；与血清ＣＫ正常的病人相比，伴血清ＣＫ增高的ＨＯＰＰ病人多为首次发病，年龄低，病初的血钾更低。结论：ＨＯＰＰ病人在起病第２ｄ血清 ＣＫ有较高的升高，ＣＫ的增高者多为首次发病，病初血钾降低更为明显。

Variation and clinical role of creatine phosphokinase in patients with hypokaliemic periodic paralysis

Objective: To study the chang process and clinical significane of creatine phosphokinase(CK) in patients with hypokaliemic periodic paralysis( HOPP) Methods: To measure the serum potassium and CK concentration at the fist day,the second day and the seventh day in 32 patients with HOPP. Results: At the fist day,serum postassium concentration decreased in all patients,only one case with CK increased( 3%); at the second day ,29 cars with normal serum potassium,20 cases with CK increased( 62.5%); at the seventh day,all patients' serum potassium was normal,2 cases with CK increased(6%) . Conclusion: In HOPP patients,CK increased significantly at the second day. Patients with increased CK often was the fist onset,and the decrease of serum potassium concentration was more significant at the initial of HOPP.
