孟鲁司特治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘临床分析

目的：观察孟鲁司特治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法：将59例咳嗽变异性哮喘惠儿随机分成对照组吸入糖皮质激素和观察组口服盂鲁司特钠，疗程3个月，两组同时口服班布特罗至咳嗽症状消失。结果：观察组和对照组在咳嗽缓解时间、有效率和6个月复发率无明显差异性（P〉0．05）。结论：孟鲁司特在治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效与糖皮质激素相当，副作用小，患儿易于接受，依从性好，可作为儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗的一线用药。

The Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma with Montelukast in Children

Objective： To study montelukast in treatment of childhood cough variant asthma. Method： 59 patients with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into control group inhaled corticosteroids and observation group were treated with montelukast sodium, for 3 months. Result： There＇s no significant difference in cough relief time, the rate of efficient and the recurrence within 6 months （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Montelukast in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children with fewer side effects, It＇s easy to accept for children with cough variant asthma.
