摘    要:目的了解我国自然人群中新型DNA病毒-输血传播病毒(TTV)的感染情况.方法采用套式聚合酶链反应法(nPCR)检测云南某自然村的179位村民血清及粪便TTVDNA,并对检测结果及调查情况作统计学分析.结果自然人群中TTV感染率约10.6%,感染者血清ALT正常,不同性别、年龄及民族的TTV DNA阳性率无统计学差异;部分血清TTVDNA阳性者粪便中可检测到TTVDNA.结论我国自然人群中存在TTV无症状感染者,粪-口传播可能是TTV感染的传播途径之一.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the transmission of a novel DNA virus, transfusion-transmitted virus (TTV) among the residents in a natural village of Yunnan Province. Methods The serum and feces collected from 179 residents in the natural village were examined by nest polymerase chain reaction for detecting TTV, and statistical analyses of the results were performed. Results A total of 19 (10.6%) out of the 179 residents were found positive for TTV DNA in the serum, and TTV DNA was detected in 6 out of tile 114 examined fecal samples. Six residents were TTV-positive in both the serum and feces. Signifi- cant difference in TTV positivity of the subjects categorized by different genders, ages and nationalities was not obsrved (P>0.05). Conclusion Asymptomatic infection of TTV is present in the natural population in China, and fecal-oral route might be another propergation mode of TTV.
