髂腰肌筋膜间区综合征的诊断和治疗（附6例报告）

本文报告临床少见的髂腰肌筋膜间区综合征６ 例诊治经验。方法：根据典型临床表现：外伤后一侧下腹疼痛并隆起、可触及包块；受累侧大腿麻木，下肢无力，不能伸膝；多普勒超声可发现有巨大血肿，即可诊断。尽早手术减压治疗。结果：６ 例全部手术治疗，２ 例合并臀上动脉撕裂作血管缝扎。术后２ 周伤口愈合，下肢功能恢复良好。结论：本综合征一旦确诊应尽早手术减压、止血，这样可最大限度保证患者功能康复。

Diagnosis and Treatm ent of the Co m partment Syndrome of Iliopsoas Muscle(6 Cases Report)

Objective :To report diagnosis and treatment experience of six cases of the com partm ent syndro me of iliopsoas m uscle w hich are rarely seen in clinic .Method :Early diagnosis and treatment can be given according to typical clinical presenta tion :hypogastralgia and eminence after trau ma ;nu m b ,weak and could not stretch on the involved leg ;giant hem ato ma detected by Doppler ultrasound .Result:6 cases were all treated by surgery .2 cases com bined with superior gluteal artery injury were treated by angiorrhaphy .The wound healed 2 weeks after operation and the function oflower extremities wellrecovered .Conclu sion :Once diagnosis is given ,early deco m pression and hemostasis operation is necessary in order to keep the leg well function
