| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨共刺激分子4-1BBL在人高转移性肺癌细胞株95D细胞的表达并在体外分析4-1BBL逆向信号对95D细胞的功能影响.方法 采用免疫荧光和流式细胞术及RT-PCR检测4-1BBL分子在95D细胞中的表达,进而在体外采用可溶性4-1BB-Ig融合蛋白激发4-1BBL逆向信号,分析95D表达膜型负性免疫调节分子CD95L、PD-LI和B7-H3的变化.结果 95D细胞表达4-1BBL,4-1BB激发的逆向信号可上调95D细胞表达膜型CD95L、PD-LI和B7-H3.结论 体外研究结果提示共刺激分子4-1BBL表达于肿瘤细胞,4-1BBL逆向信号可能通过上调表达肿瘤细胞表而的负性免疫分子,参与肿瘤细胞的免疫逃逸机制.
