社区综合防治对痛风和高尿酸血症患病状况的影响

目的:探讨痛风和高尿酸血症社区综合防治措施对痛风和高尿酸血症发病率、复发率及相关疾病控制情况的影响。方法:采用健康教育、健康生活方式指导、药物干预、社区登记、回访与监测等方式进行痛风和高尿酸血症的防治,对比干预前后痛风和高尿酸血症的发病率、复发率。结果:痛风和高尿酸血症的发病率和复发率下降,合并发生的高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症得到良好控制,肾功能不全、心脑血管事件的发生率明显下降,医疗费用大大减少,减轻了社会和家庭的经济负担。结论:健康教育、治疗性的干预措施、社区疾病登记和监测制度在痛风和高尿酸血症社区综合防治上是经济有效的,同时具有良好的社会效益。

The Effects of Connuity-based Comprehensive Prevention and Treatment on the Prevalence of Hyperuricemia and Gout

Objective To study the effects of community-based comprehensive prevention and treatment on the prevalence and recurrence rate of hyperuricemia and gout.Methods Health education, the guidance of life style, drug intervening, disease registration and supervisory in the community were adopt to prevention and treatment hyperuricemia and gout.Results The prevalence and recurrence rate of hyperuricemia and gout were falling. And hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipemia in the hyperuricemia group were controlled. The incidence of Renal failure, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events and medical cost were drop.Conclusion Health education, the guidance of life style, drug intervening, disease registration and supervisory in community were economical and effective in prevention and treatment hyperuricemia and gout. The study obtains the good social benefit.
