| 摘 要： | 肿瘤免疫的长期性和T细胞的异质性决定了记忆性T细胞在肿瘤发生发展中的重要地位。近年来对肿瘤免疫中记忆性T细胞产生、分类、维持机制和功能方面的研究也取得了重大进展，这不但丰富了免疫记忆理论，也为肿瘤的防治提供了重要的理论依据和实验指导。

| Abstract: | Memory T cells play an important role in the pathogenesis of tumors as a result of the long term of tumor immunity and the heterogeneity of T cells. Great progress in the studies on the generation, classification, mechanism of maintenance and function of memory T cells in tumor immunity have been made in recent years, which may facilitate our understanding of immunological memory and the clinical therapy of tumor. |
