Survivin蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义

目的探讨Survivin蛋白在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测118例肺癌组织和20例正常肺组织中Survivin蛋白的表达情况。结果Survivin蛋白在NSCLC中的阳性表达率为69.5%（82/118）,在正常肺组织中无表达。Survivin蛋白表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移及生存率有关（P〈0.01）,与患者年龄、性别、组织学类型及分化程度无关（P〉0.05）。结论Survivin蛋白的过度表达与肺癌的发生发展有关,可作为判断肺癌预后及术后综合治疗的生物学指标。

Expression of Survivin protein and its clinical significance in non - small cell lung carcinoma

Objective To study the expression of Survivin protein and its clinical significance in non-small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC).Methods The expression of Survivin protein were tested by immunohistochemistry in the specimens of 118 cases of NSCLC and 20 cases of normal lung tissue.Results The expression rate of Survivin protein in NSCLC was 69.5%(82/118),and there was no expression in normal lung tissue.The expression of Survivin protein was significantly associated with clinical stages,lymph nodes metastasis and survival rate(P<0.01),but not with age,sex,histologic subtype and differentiation(P>0.05).Conclusion The overexpression of Survivin protein is associated with lung carcinogenesis and development.The expression of Survivin protein could be taken as the biological marker of prognosis and postoperative comprehensive treatment of lung cancer.
