| 摘 要： | 为了探讨细胞凋亡抑制基因ｂｃｌ－２（Ｂ－ｃｅｌｌｌｙｍｐｈｏｍａ／ｌｅｕｋｅｍｉａ２）及凋亡基因Ｆａｓ与皮肤基底细胞癌（ＢＣＣ）及鳞状细胞癌（ＳＣＣ）发生、发展的关系，对１３例ＢＣＣ及１１例ＳＣＣ皮损进行了ｂｃｌ－２蛋白和Ｆａｓ抗原的免疫组化研究。１１例ＳＣＣ中Ⅰ级６例、Ⅱ级３例、Ⅲ级２例。结果１３例ＢＣＣ肿瘤组织全层ｂｃｌ－２均染色阳性，而无任何Ｆａｓ阳性着色；１１例ＳＣＣ无１例ｂｃｌ－２染色阳性，却全部出现Ｆａｓ阳性细胞，且Ｆａｓ的表达强度与肿瘤分化程度呈正相关。该结果证明：ｂｃｌ－２表达见于ＢＣＣ，而不见于ＳＣＣ；Ｆａｓ表达则见于ＳＣＣ，而不见于ＢＣＣ。这种区别反映出两种皮肤肿瘤在发病机理上的差异
