非索非那定的微生物转化制备

摘    要:研究了以普拉特链霉菌SIPI-76微生物转化特非那定为非索非那定的条件。考察碳源、氮源等培养基成分,底物的加入浓度、时间,生长细胞培养时的pH、温度、溶氧等参数对转化的影响。表明在优化条件下转化率达到90%。

Abstract:The microbial transformation conditions for preparation of fexofenadine from terfenadine by S. platensis SIPI-76 were studied. The factors affecting on the transformation were investigated, such as carbon and nitrogen source of medium, addition time and concentration of the substrate, pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen during cell growth. Under the optimal conditions, the transformation efficiency of terfenadine to fexofenadine was 90%.
