| 摘 要： | 目的建立安神补心六味丸中原儿茶酸含量的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱：Kromasil菲罗门C18;流动相：甲醇-0.1%冰乙酸（10∶90）;检测波长：260nm;柱温：25℃;流速：1.0mL.min^-1。结果原儿茶酸在2.26-11.30μg.mL^-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.26%,RSD=1.29%。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the determination method for protocatechuic in Anshen Buxin Liuwei Wan.Methods HPLC was used with Kromasil C18 column,detection wawelenth：260nm,mobile phase：methanol-0.1% acetic acid（10∶90）,flow rate：1mL·min^-1,column teperature：25℃.Results Protocatechuic has good linear relationship between 2.26-11.30μg·mL^-1（r=0.9998）.The average recovery of protocatechuic was 99.26% and RSD was 1.29%.Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive and reliable to carry out to control the quality of this preparation. |
