| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨正常人、Graves病(GD)和桥本甲状腺炎(HT)患者甲状腺细胞(TEC)凋亡率的差异,并观察凋亡相关蛋白的表达情况。方法:TUNEL法检测3种甲状腺组织的TEC凋亡率;免疫组化检测TEC凋亡蛋白Fas、FasL表达情况,RT-PCR检测FasmRNA表达的差异。结果:GD和HT患者TEC凋亡率显著高于正常对照(P<0.05),HT患者TEC凋亡率较GD患者也显著升高(P<0.05),FasL在正常、GD和HT甲状腺组织中存在连续性表达,但Fas在自身免疫性甲状腺疾病(AITD)患者的表达水平显著高于正常甲状腺组织,以HT的Fas表达水平最高(HT与正常对照相比,P<0.01;GD与正常对照比,P<0.05)。结论:凋亡可能在AITD的发病中起一定作用,Fas及其配基系统是与AITDTEC凋亡相关的蛋白。
