| 摘 要： | 目的 观察心肺转流(CPB)期间七氟醚对降温、复温速率的影响.方法 60例心脏瓣膜术患者随机均分为两组:A组于心脏停跳后根据血压情况向膜式氧合器中吹入0.25%～0.5%七氟醚;B组手术中使用硝普钠控制术中血压.结果 与B组比较,A组CPB过程中可以安全、有效地把血压控制在所需范围内;且复温速率快;两组患者复温时鼻咽温度、直肠温最大温差差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 CPB期间应用七氟醚复温时间短而均衡.
