不同产地六味地黄丸中微量元素的测定

摘    要:目的探讨产地与微量元素及功效的关系。方法用原子发射光谱法对三种产地的产品中所含的微量元素Zn、Mn、Fe、Al、Cu进行测定。回收率为Zn为95.2%,Mn为98.6%,Fe为98.2%,Al为102.3%,Cu为100.0%。结果三种产地的六味地黄丸中都含丰富的上述五种微量元素,其中,兰州制药厂所含最为丰富。结论六味地黄丸产地不同,所含微量元素也不同。

Abstract:Purpose To make clear the relation between the different Pharmacetical Factory and the content of Trace elements. Method To detect the content of 5 trace elements: Zn, Mn, Fe, Al, Cu of liuweidihuanswan from three Pharmacetical Factories by atom emission spectrum. Rate of recovery is followed: Zn 95.2%, Mn98.6%, Fe98.2%, Al102.3%, Cu100.0%. Result There are rich trace elements of liuweidihuangwan from Pharmacetical Factories, the richest is from LanZhou Pharmacetical Factories. conclusion the content of trace elements varied from different Pharmacetical Factories.
