乳腺增生Ⅰ号治疗乳腺增生病的实验与临床研究

摘    要:目的:观察乳腺增生Ⅰ号对实验性兔乳腺增生病的乳腺组织及血清激素水平的影响及临床治疗乳腺增生病的疗效.方法:采用雌二醇、黄体酮建立兔乳腺增生病模型后使用乳腺增生Ⅰ号进行干预.同时将乳腺增生Ⅰ号运用于临床治疗168例乳腺增生病患者,并以乳康片作为对照,观察治疗前后临床症状、体征及钼靶X线片、近红外线扫描等方面的变化.结果:动物实验显示乳腺增生Ⅰ号能使兔乳腺小叶腺泡数、细胞增生层数减少,使乳腺导管扩张程度减轻;临床研究表明治疗组总有效率为92.9%,对照组总有效率为81.7%.治疗组在临床症状、体征以及钼靶X线片、近红外线扫描等方面的改善均优于对照组.结论:乳腺增生Ⅰ号具有调整内分泌、抑制腺体增生、改善乳腺血运的作用.

Abstract:Objective:. In order to probe the effects on Anti-mastoplasia I (AM-I) for Mastoplasia in patients and rabbits. Method:Rabbit mastoplasia model which set up by E2 and luton was treated by Anti-mastoplasia 1.168 patients with masto-plasia were administrated with Anti-mastoplasia I,and 50 patients were administrated with Rukang Tablet (RKT) as control group. We had measured the symptoms and signs of all the patients before and after treatment. At the same time, the mam-mogram and proximal-infrared scanning in breast and sex hormone in blood had been measured. Results: In animal model study, the quantity of acinus and cell hyperplasia in rabbit's breast and the degree of mammary duct were decreased after AM-I was administrated. In clinical study, AM-I and RKT improved both the symptoms and sex hormone in blood of patients, but the effective rate of the AM-I group was higher significamtly than that of the RKT group (92.9% vs 81.7% ). Conclusion : It is sure that AM-I can regulate endocrine, decrease glandularis proliferan and improve blood circulation in breast.
