小夹板结合石膏固定治疗老年人桡骨远端粉碎骨折的体会

目的:观察小夹板结合石膏固定治疗老年人桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析了2006年11月～2008年10月在我院治疗的33例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的患者,其中C3-1 13例,C3-2 9例,C3-3 11例(AO标准),均予以手法整复,小夹板(前期)结合石膏(后期)固定治疗,随访时根据Gartland and Werley标准进行评价。结果:33例均获得随访,平均随访15.4个月(5～21个月)。全部病例均获得临床骨性愈合,结果优15例,良10例,可5例,差3例,优良率75.76%,6例发生畸形愈合,畸形愈合率18.18%。结论:小夹板结合石膏固定治疗老年人桡骨远端粉碎性骨折疗效好,具有简、便、廉的特点,适合推广应用。
