| 摘 要： | 应用银染色法和组织化学法探讨了大鼠胸腺皮、髓质交界区（ＣＭＺ）嗜金属性细胞（ＭＣ）的形态结构和性质。银染色法显示：在胸腺皮、髓质交界区存在着大量的嗜金属性细胞，并在此区形成一个致密的细胞带。组织化学法显示：这些细胞具有ＡｃＰ和ＮｓＥ阳性反应性，呈ＰＡＳ阳性反应以及其胞质含有被醛复红染色的颗粒。由此认为，这些嗜金属性细胞属于巨噬细胞。

| Abstract: | The shape, structure and nature of metallophilic cells (MC) of the corticomedullary zone (CMZ)in rat thymus were studied by silver stain and histochemstry methods.Silver stain showed a large number of MC were distributed over CMZ and formed a compact cell band there.By histochemistry,the cells were found to present AcP,NsE and PAS positive reactions and contain granules stained by aldehyde-fuchsin in the cytoplasm.These results support that the MC are macrophages. |
