| 摘 要： | 应用Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群单克隆抗体对经过胃镜及病理确诊的４０例上消化道恶性肿瘤（胃癌２１例、食道癌１０例，胃癌术后９例）患者外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群的变化进行检测，结果提示与正常对照组相比，两种疾病患者ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４均较正常组降低（Ｐ＜０．００１），ＣＤ４／ＣＤ３比值均较正常组降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。说明两者所致免疫紊乱倾向一致，而胃癌与食道癌之间无统计学差异。术后患者比未切除患者明显好转（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

| Abstract: | The T-cell subsets were analysed in the peripheral blood from a series of 40 patients of upper digestive tract cancers diagnosed by gastroscopy and pathology,including 21 cases of gastric cancer,10 esophageal cancer and 9 cases of gastric cancer 1 year after surgical treatment.It was found that in the untreated groups the percentages of CD3 and CD4 and the ratio of DD4/CD8 were lower than normal(P<0.001,0.001 and 0.01 respectively).The gastric and esophageal cancer patients tended to have similar immunologic disorders and statistics revealed no significant differences between the lowered percentages in the 2 entities.(P>0.05).However,the pattern of T-cell subsets in the postoperative group of gastric cancer patients was evidently improved as compared with the non-operated group(P<0.01). |
