摘    要:采用拉丁方设计,在不同时后,对不同体重的大鼠,进行不同的处理后,用分光光度法测定肝脏还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量。结果显示,电刺激交叉上核(Sch)能显著地提高肝脏GSH的含量,而电解损毁双侧Sch则无明显影响,同时体重也明显影响肝脏GSH的变化。

Abstract:An experiment following the Latin square design was performed on SD rats of varied body weights by giving different treatments in different pefiods of time(shi Chen)on the day of experiment to study the relation between the activity of the suprachiasmatic nucleus(Sch) and the content of hepatic glutathione(GSH).It was found that eletric stimulation of Sch increased the content of hepatic GSH significantly,electrolytic cauterization of Sch did not alter the GSH content, and that the GSH response to electric stimulation of Sch was evidently related to the body weight of animals. The expected circadian rhythm of hepatic GSH level was not revealed in this experiment.
