小儿隐孢子虫病与机体免疫状态

摘    要:观察了24例隐孢子虫病儿童的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白、粪便SIgA。结果表明:CD4+细胞在隐孢子虫清除中可能起重要作用,而循环和局部抗体可能无有效抗隐孢子虫作用。

Abstract:T-cell subpopulations, serum immunoglobulins and secretory immunoglobulin A(SIgA)in stool were studied in 24 children with Cryptosporidium sp.by means of SACI-Ig rosette,simple agar diffusion and double-antibody PEG respectively. It was found that CD3, CD4 and CD4/CD8 ratio were decreased in the chronic diarrhea group. The amounts of serum IgM and SIgA in stool were increased in both chronic diarrhea group and acute diarrhea or non-diarrhea group. The results suggest that cellular immunity plays an important role in the clearance of Cryptsporidium from the body, while circulating antibodies or local antibodies in intestine have little protective effect against Cryptosporidium infection.
