中药配合耳穴治疗心肾不交失眠64例疗效观察

目的：探讨中药配合耳针治疗心肾不交失眠的有效性。方法：将64例病例随机地分成两组，治疗组给予酸枣仁、山茱萸等中药煎剂，配以耳穴进行治疗；对照组给与西药阿普唑仑，观察两组患者的入睡时间、睡眠时间和匹茨堡睡眠质量指数。结果：治疗组总有效率为93．75％，对照组总有效率为87．5％。结论：通过中药配合耳针治疗心肾不交失眠，疗效优于西药阿普唑仑。

A clinical observation of Chinese medicine combining with auricular points in treating 64 insomnia of the sydrome of disharmory of heart and kidney patients

object： to discuss the effectiveness of Chinese medicine combining with auricular points in treating insomnia of the sydrome of disharmory of heart and kidney. Methods： 64 patients were randomly divided into two groups （n=32）. The treatment group was treated by decoction, including spina sate seed, cornus,＇etc,combing with auricular points. The control group was treated by apozolain. Then observe the comparison of sleep latency, sleeping time, and PSQI between treatment group and control group. Results：The effective rate of treatment group was 93.75%, while the control group was 87.5%. Conclusion： Chinese medicine combining with auricular points has an obvious effect in treating insomnia of sydrome of disharmory of heart and kidney comparing to apozolam.
