| 摘 要： | 目的比较T2WI脂肪抑制稳态进动快速成像(FIESTA)序列、单次激发快速自旋回波(2DSSFSE)-2D MRCP及快速自旋回波容积扫描(M3DFSE)-3D MRCP对胆总管结石的诊断价值。方法回顾分析80例经MRI检查,全部使用了FIESTA序列、2D MRCP和3D MRCP的病例,并经手术病理或临床最后诊断为胆总管结石。结果 FIESTA序列显示胆总管结石72例,显示率90%;2D MRCP显示胆总管结石76例,显示率95%;3D MRCP显示胆总管结石68例,显示率85%。结论FIESTA序列结合2D MRCP和3D MRCP对胆总管结石具有极高的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To T2WI fat-suppressed fast imaging with steady-state precession(FIESTA) sequence,single-shot fast spin echo(2DSSFSE)-2D MRCP and fast spin echo volume scan(M3DFSE)-3D MRCP for diagnosis of common bile duct stone.Methods Retrospective analysis of 80 cases with MRI examination,all using FIESTA sequence,2D MRCP and 3D MRCP case,and confirmed by operation and pathology or clinical final diagnosis for common bile duct stones.Results FIESTA sequences revealed 72 cases of common bile duct stones,display rate 90%;2D MRCP revealed 76 cases of common bile duct stones,display rate 95%;3D MRCP revealed 68 cases of common bile duct stones,showing that the rate of 85%.Conclusion FIESTA sequences combined with 2D MRCP and 3D MRCP of common bile duct stones with high diagnostic value. |
