火针治疗丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮32例

目的探讨传统中医火针疗法治疗丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮的疗效。方法选取2017年5月—2018年6月收治的32例玫瑰痤疮的女性患者,采用火针疗法,比较治疗前后积分,判断疗效。结果治疗第1周,症状体征平均积分下降60. 51%;治疗第2周,积分下降87. 96%;治疗第4周,积分下降95. 47%。第4周治疗结束时,痊愈18例,显效9例,重度好转3例,轻度好转2例。结论火针治疗丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮有较好疗效,不良反应小,操作简便,对有生育要求的女性亦可采用此方法。

Fire Needle in the Treatment of Pustular Rosacea for 32 Cases

Objective To investigate the curative effect of fire acupuncture therapy on pustular rosacea.Methods 32 female patients with rosacea from May 2017 to June 2018 were collected,and the traditional TCM fire needle therapy was used to compare and analyze the curative effect before and after treatment with common statistical software.Results The average score of symptom signs decreased by60.51%in the 1 th week of treatment,the 2 nd week of treatment decreased by 87.96%,and the 4 th week of treatment decreased by95.47%.At the end of the 4 th week,18 cases were cured,9 cases were effective,3 cases of severe improvement were improved,and 2 cases were mild improvement.Conclusion Fire needle is effective in the treatment of rosacea,with small adverse reactions,simple operation facilities and no taboos for women in the reproductive period.
