流体树脂材料用于固定修复牙体预备后暂时修复的临床效果

目的 评价临时冠用流体树脂材料在固定修复牙体预备后暂时修复中的临床应用效果。方法 选择来我院就诊的固定修复患者38例43个单位修复体，随机分为实验组和对照组，在完成牙体预备后，实验组采用流体树脂临时冠材料制作暂时修复体，对照组采用传统的自凝树脂材料制作暂时修复体，通过医师椅旁制作时间、边缘适合性、复诊时暂时修复体情况、牙龈状态及患者满意度5个方面对比暂时修复效果。结果 暂时冠粘接前2组修复体边缘适合性无显著性差异（P > 0.05），实验组医师椅旁制作时间少于对照组，患者满意度较对照组高；复诊时暂时修复体情况及牙龈状态均优于对照组，2组差异有统计学意义（P ≤ 0.05）。结论 对于固定修复牙体预备后的暂时修复，选择流体树脂作为临时冠材料制作的暂时修复体可以达到更令人满意和实用的临床修复效果。

Clinical efftects of fluid resin on temporary repair of the prepared tooth for fixed prosthesis

Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical effect of temporary crown fluid resin material for temporary repair after fixed prosthesis. Methods 38 patients with 43 fixed prosthesis were randomly divided into two groups. Group Experiment:temporary restorations made of temporary crown fluid resin material after the tooth preparation, Group Control:temporary restorations made of traditional self-condensing resin after the tooth preparation. The effects of temporary repair were compared in five aspects:doctor''s chair making time, marginal fitness, temporary restorations, gingival state and patient satisfaction. Results In Group Experiment, chair making time was shorter than that in Group Control. And the satisfaction degree of patients in the Group Experiment was also higher. The difference for marginal fitness of the prosthesis in both groups were not significant, while the temporary restorations and gingival state in group experiment were better than those in Group Control. Conclusion For the temporary repair of the fixed prosthesis, the temporary restorations which made by the temporary crown fluid resin material can achieve more satisfactory and practical clinical effects.
