茵栀黄颗粒联合光疗护理干预新生儿病理性黄疸临床观察

目的观察茵栀黄颗粒联合光疗护理干预新生儿病理性黄疸临床疗效。方法选择2016年4月—2018年3月收治的62例新生儿病理性黄疸患者作为试验对象;采用数字奇偶法分组后明确医护方式;对照组(31例)采用光疗护理进行干预,观察组(31例)在对照组的基础上采用茵栀黄颗粒进行干预;观察2组新生儿病理性黄疸的治疗总有效率、血清总胆红素水平以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率(96. 77%)明显高于对照组(67. 74%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗前,2组患儿在血清总胆红素水平方面无明显差异(P> 0. 05);治疗第3天以及第5天,观察组患儿血胆红素水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组患儿不良反应发生率(3. 23%)明显低于对照组(38. 71%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论新生儿病理性黄疸接受茵栀黄颗粒联合光疗护理干预,对患儿临床总疗效提高、血清总胆红素水平降低以及安全指数的提升,效果明显,最终为病理性黄疸患儿的快速康复奠定基础。

Clinical Observation on Yinzhihuang Granule Combined with Phototherapy on Neonatal Pathological Jaundice

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yinzhihuang granule combined with phototherapy in the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice.Methods Sixty-two patients with neonatal pathological jaundice admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to March 2018 were selected as experimental subjects.The digital parity method was used to identify the medical treatment methods.The control group(31 patients)was treated with phototherapy care.The observation group(31 cases)was given Yinzhihuang granules on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,serum total bilirubin level and adverse reaction rate of neonatal pathological jaundice were observed.Results The total effective rate(96.77%)of the patients with pathological jaundice in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(67.74%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the two groups had no significant difference in the level of bilirubin(P>0.05).On the 3rd and 5th day of treatment,the blood bilirubin level of the children with pathological jaundice of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in children with pathological jaundice in the observation group(3.23%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(38.71%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Neonatal pathological jaundice in children with Yinzhihuang granule combined with phototherapy nursing intervention can improve the overall clinical efficacy,serum total bilirubin level and safety index.The effect is obvious,and finally,the invention lays a foundation for the rapid rehabilitation of the pathological neonatal with jaundice.
