小承气汤结合护理干预对妇科腹部术后肠道功能恢复的影响

目的观察小承气汤加减结合护理干预促进妇科腹部术后使肠道功能恢复的临床效果。方法选择2016年5月—2018年4月收治的62例妇科腹部手术作为试验对象;采用数字奇偶法分组后明确各组治疗方法。对照组(31例):选择常规西医配合常规护理方法进行干预;在观察组(31例):在对照组基础上,给予小承气汤加减结合综合护理方法进行干预。观察2组肠道功能恢复效果及患者医护总满意度。结果观察组妇科腹部手术患者肛门排气时间、术后排便时间以及肠鸣音恢复正常时间短于对照组明显(P <0. 05);观察组妇科腹部手术患者医护总满意度(96. 77%)明显高于对照组(58. 06%)(P <0. 05)。结论妇科腹部手术患者在接受治疗期间,应用小承气汤加减结合综合护理方法,对于患者肛门排气时间、术后排便时间以及肠鸣音恢复正常时间的缩短,效果明显,最终对于加快妇科腹部手术患者的康复奠定基础。

Effect of Xiaochengqi Decoction Combined with Nursing Intervention on Recovery of Intestinal Function after Gynecological Abdominal Operation

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaochengqi decoction combined with nursing intervention on promoting intestinal function recovery after gynecological abdominal surgery.Methods 62 cases of gynecological abdominal surgery admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to April 2018 were selected as experimental subjects.The digital parity method was used to determine the treatment methods of each group.The control group(31 cases)applied routine western medicine combined with routine nursing methods interventions.The observation group(31 cases)used Xiaochengqi decoction combined with comprehensive nursing method on the basis of the control group.The recovery of intestinal function and the total satisfaction of patients were observed.Results The anus exhaust time,postoperative defecation time and normal time of bowel sounds in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was higher(96.77%)was higher than that of the control group(58.06%)(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of gynecological abdominal surgery,the effective application of Xiaochengqi decoction combined with comprehensive nursing method is effective for the shortening of anal exhaust time,postoperative defecation time and the recovery of bowel sounds.It lays the foundation for the rehabilitation of patients undergoing gynecological abdominal surgery is accelerated.
