独活寄生汤治疗椎间盘源性腰痛临床观察

目的观察独活寄生汤治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的临床疗效。方法选择2016年9月—2017年9月收治的椎间盘源性腰痛患者56例,利用奇偶数分组法将其分成对照组与观察组,对照组采用低温等离子射频消融术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予独活寄生汤治疗,采用疼痛视觉模拟评分表(VAS)与日本骨科学会(JOA)脊柱功能评分对2组患者术前与术后6个月的临床症状进行分析对比。结果观察组总有效率为(92. 9%)明显高于对照组总有效率(71. 4%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05); 2组患者术前评分无明显差异,观察组术后VAS与JOA评分明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论独活寄生汤治疗椎间盘源性腰痛临床效果显著,值得推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in treating Discogenic Low Back Pain

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of discogenic low back pain.Methods A total of 56 patients with discogenic low back pain who were admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were enrolled in the control group and the observation group by the odd-even group method.The control group was treated with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation.The observation group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients before and after 6 months were analyzed and compared using the pain visual simulation scale(VAS)and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)Spinal functional score.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(92.9%)was significantly higher than that of the total effective rate of the control group(71.4%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the preoperative score between the two groups.The VAS and JOA scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of discogenic low back pain,which is worthy of popularization and application.
