| 摘 要： | 膀胱癌患者大多数属于浅表性占位,主要临床症状是排尿不适感、间歇性血尿、尿痛、尿频等。早期主要是通过手术治疗,术后根据患者病情,适当给予化疗药物灌注化疗以降低复发率。近年来中医药防治肿瘤取得了一定成果,马纯政教授治疗膀胱癌有自己的独特理解,自拟包积解毒方应用于临床,可以降低膀胱癌术后患者的复发率,提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Most patients with bladder cancer belong to superficial occupation.The main clinical symptoms are urination discomfort,intermittent hematuria,dysuria,frequent urination.In the early stage,it is mainly treated by surgery.According to the patient’s condition,appropriate chemotherapy chemotherapy is given to reduce the recurrence rate.In recent years,Chinese medicine has achieved certain results in the prevention and treatment of cancer.Professor Ma Chunzheng has his own unique understanding in the treatment of bladder cancer.The application of Baoji Jiedu recipe is applied to the clinic.The effect can be seen,which can reduce the recurrence rate and improve life quality of patients with bladder cancer. |
