中医护理在甲状腺手术护理中的应用价值分析

目的探析在甲状腺手术患者护理中应用中医服务的护理效果及其可行性。方法 2016年3月—2018年9月选取62例进行甲状腺切除手术的患者,按照护理措施的不同将其分为中医组(31例)与常规组(31例),中医组患者给予中医护理服务,常规组患者给予常规的护理措施。观察并分析2组护理方案的护理效果。结果中医组术后并发症总发生率为9. 68%,低于常规组(35. 48%);中医组患者的心率、舒张压、收缩压以及SAS评分均低于常规组;中医组患者生活质量评分高于常规组,差异具统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论在甲状腺切除术围术期采用中医护理服务的效果明显,可帮助患者改善心理状态,减少术后并发症的发生,提高患者生活质量,其应用价值较高。

Application Value Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in the Nursing of Patients Undergoing Thyroid Surgery

Objective To explore the nursing effect and feasibility of applying traditional Chinese medicine in the nursing of patients undergoing thyroid surgery.Methods From March 2016 to September 2018,62 patients underwent thyroidectomy in our hospital were divided into TCM group(31 cases)and routine group(31 cases)according to different nursing measures.The patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group were given traditional Chinese medicine nursing service,and the patients in the routine group were given routine nursing measures.The nursing effect of the two groups was observed and analyzed.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in TCM group was 9.68%,which was lower than that in routine group(35.48%).The heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and SAS score of the TCM group were lower than those of the routine group,and the scores of quality of life in the TCM group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the perioperative period of thyroidectomy,the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing service is obvious,which can help the patients to improve their psychological state,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,and improve the quality of life of the patients.
