辨证论治联合情志干预在高血压脑出血术后患者中的应用

目的探究中医辨证联合情志干预在高血压脑出血术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年5月—2017年9月高血压脑出血术后患者104例,按入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组52例采用常规护理干预,观察组52例在对照组基础上采用中医辨证联合情志干预。比较2组并发症的发生、护理工作满意度、负性情绪及生活质量改善情况。结果干预后观察组SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组并发症发生率3. 85%低于对照组17. 31%(P <0. 05);观察组满意度96. 15%高于对照组76. 92%(P <0. 05)。结论中医辨证联合情志干预应用于高血压脑出血术后,可有效改善生活质量,缓解负性情绪,减少并发症发生,提高护理工作满意度。

The Application of Syndrome Differentiation and Emotional Intervention in Postoperative Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To explore the application effect of TCM syndrome differentiation combined with emotional intervention in Postoperative patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 104 Postoperative patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from May 2016 to September 2017 were enrolled.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission.Among them,52 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and 52 patients in the observation group were treated with TCM dialectical and emotional intervention.The complications,nursing job satisfaction,negative emotion and quality of life improvement after intervention were observed and compared.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 3.85%which was lower than that of the control group 17.31%(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.15%higher than that of the control group 76.92%(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation combined with emotional intervention can effectively improve the quality of life,relieve negative emotions,reduce complications and improve the satisfaction of nursing work after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
