麻黄汤加减治疗急性喘息型支气管炎临床观察

目的探讨麻黄汤加减治疗急性喘息型支气管炎的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月—2018年12月收治的196例急性喘息型支气管炎患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各98例。对照组采取常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用麻黄汤加减方进行治疗。比较2组患者临床症状缓解情况;检测并比较2组患者治疗前后血清炎性因子及肺功能指标水平。结果治疗组患者咳嗽、憋喘、湿啰音及喘鸣音消失时间及住院时间均较对照组显著缩短(P <0. 05或P <0. 01)。治疗后2组患者咳嗽咳痰、喘息、哮鸣等症状积分均较治疗前显著下降(P <0. 01),且治疗组各积分较对照组下降更多(P <0. 01)。治疗后2组患者血清中hs-CRP、NE水平均较治疗前显著下降,FEV_1、FEV_1/FVC水平则显著升高,且治疗组改善程度较对照组更为明显(P <0. 05或P <0. 01)。结论麻黄汤加减治疗急性喘息型支气管炎,对患者临床症状的改善效果更为显著,且有效调控炎性因子水平,改善患者肺功能,值得在临床进行推广。

Clinical Observation on Modified Mahuang Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Asthmatic Bronchitis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Mahuang decoction on acute asthmatic bronchitis.Methods 196 patients with acute asthmatic bronchitis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=98)and the control group(n=98).The control group was treated with routine therapy,and the treatment group was treated with modified Mahuang decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptoms of the 2 groups were compared,and the levels of serum inflammatory factors and pulmonary function indexes of the 2 groups were detected and compared before and after treatment.Results The disappearing time of cough,wheezing,moist rales and wheezing sounds and hospitalization time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of cough,expectoration and wheezing in the 2 groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the serum levels of hs-CRP,NE in the 2 groups significantly decreased than those before treatment,and the level of FEV1,FEV1/FVC significantly increased,and the improvement degree of the treatment group was more obvious than those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Modified Mahuang decoction in the treatment of acute wheezing bronchitis is more effective,and it can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,effectively regulate the level of inflammatory factors and improve the pulmonary function of patients,so it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
