| 摘 要： | 介绍了“医学文献检索课”在线考试系统的功能、系统开发环境与工具、系统结构、系统的支行与优化，并运用Python对比分析了在线考试与传统考试形式的学生成绩差异以及传统考试与在线考试的效果。“医学文献检索课”在线考试系统的建设与应用实现了传统纸质笔试向上机开放考试的平稳过渡，减轻了教师的阅卷压力，促进了医学文献检索课的教学改革。

| Abstract: | The functions, development environments and tools, structures, branches and optimization of the online examination system for medical literature retrieval course were described. The different results and effectiveness of online examination and traditional written examination were analyzed. The development and application of the online examination system for medical literature retrieval course have achieved the stable transition from traditional written examination to online open examination, reduced the pressure of teachers in going over the examination papers, and promoted the teaching reform of medical literature retrieval course. |
