自拟益气强心汤治疗阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭临床观察

目的探讨自拟益气强心汤治疗阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择2016年3月—2018年10月收治的90例阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组给予美托洛尔治疗,观察组给予美托洛尔联合自拟益气强心汤治疗。比较2组心功能及临床疗效。结果观察组LVDD低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组,且临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭患者给予自拟益气强心汤治疗,利于改善心功能指标,提高临床疗效,促进患者转归。

Clinical Observation on Self-made Yiqi Qiangxin Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure with Water Overflowing Due to Yang Deficiency

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Yiqi Qianxin decoction on chronic heart failure with water overflowing due to yang deficiency.Methods From March 2016 to October 2018,90 patients with chronic heart failure with water overflowing due to yang deficiency were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol,and the observation group with metoprolol combined with self-made Yiqi Qiangxin decoction.Results The LVDD of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the LVEF of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the clinical curative effect was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Yiqi Qianxin decoction on chronic heart failure with water overflowing due to yang deficiency is helpful to improve cardiac function index and the clinical curative effect,and promote the outcome of patients.
