摘    要:脑卒中后上肢功能康复是临床上的难题,低频重复经颅磁刺激是非侵入性治疗方法,本文观察其对上肢功能障碍的治疗效果,为优化脑卒中康复策略提供依据。研究采取对比研究法,对照组采用康复训练,观察组采用作业治疗联合低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗,7天为1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程。研究结果显示观察组患者的上肢运动功能比对照组患者恢复的更好,而且不增加不良反应。提示低频重复经颅磁刺激联合康复训练可以有效的促进脑卒中后上肢肢体功能康复,安全有效。

Abstract:Recovery of upper limb function after stroke is a problem in clinical research, and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation is a non-invasive method of treatment. The study observed the treatment effect of upper limb dysfunction, which provided the basis for the optimization strategy for stroke rehabilitation. It adopted a comparative study, the control group was treated with occupational therapy, the observation group was treated with occupational therapy combined with low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment, with 7day for 1 course, and a total of 4 courses of treatment. The results showed that the upper limb motor function of the patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group, and no adverse reactions were observed.It is suggested that low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with occupational therapy can effectively promote the rehabilitation of upper limb function after stroke, and it is safe and effective. It provides more plans and ideas for the rehabilitation treatment of stroke.
