下腰椎爆裂骨折诊断治疗的研究进展

下腰椎爆裂骨折作为脊柱骨折的一种特殊类型,发生率相较于胸腰椎骨折低,约占所有脊柱骨折患者的1%,因此临床并不常见。但其往往由高能量暴力导致,创伤大,累及椎体多,在手术适应证和手术方式的选择等诸多方面争议较多。本文就下腰椎爆裂骨折的解剖特点、损伤分型、骨折分类、手术方式选择等进行综述,并介绍一些近期最新的研究进展,供大家在为下腰椎爆裂骨折患者治疗时提供参考。

Research progress on diagnosis and treatment of lower lumbar burst spine fracture

The lower lumbar burst fractures as a special type of spinal fractures, low incidence compared with thoracolumbar fractures, accounts for about 1% of all patients with spinal fractures, and is not so common in clinical, but it is often caused by high-energy violence, trauma, involvement of vertebral body. There are many controversies on the choice of surgical indications and surgical procedure. In this paper, the anatomical features of the lower lumbar burst fracture, damage type, fracture classification and selection of operation method were reviewed,and introduces some recent research progress, which will provide reference for us in the treatment of lower lumbar burst fracture patients.
