多层螺旋CT鉴别诊断糖尿病与非糖尿病下肢血管病变的价值

目的探讨多层螺旋CT鉴别诊断糖尿病与非糖尿病下肢血管病变的价值。方法2015年6月至2018年6月选择在本院接受诊治的糖尿病与非糖尿病下肢血管病变患者65例,其中糖尿病下肢血管病变患者35例(糖尿病组),非糖尿病下肢血管病变患者30例(非糖尿病组),所有患者都给予多层螺旋CT诊断,记录CT特征并判断诊断价值。结果糖尿病组的BF、BV、TTP与MTT值与非糖尿病组对比差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。糖尿病组的病变血管狭窄评分都显著低于非糖尿病组(P<0.05)。糖尿病组与非糖尿病组的CT图像优良率分别为94.3%和96.7%,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CT鉴别诊断的敏感性与特异性为97.1%和100.0%。结论多层螺旋CT能有效鉴别诊断糖尿病与非糖尿病下肢血管病变状况,能够更好的显示患者下肢血管狭窄程度,成像质量高。

The values of multi-slice spiral CT in differential diagnosis of diabetic and non-diabetic lower extremity vascular diseases

Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the differential diagnosis of diabetic and non-diabetic lower extremity vascular lesions.Methods From Jun.2015 to Jun.2018,65 patients with diabetes mellitus and non-diabetic lower extremity vascular disease were selected in our hospital,which included 35 patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease(diabetes group)and 30 patients with non-diabetic lower extremity vascular disease(non-diabetic group),all patients were diagnosed with multi-slice spiral CT,recorded the CT features and judged diagnostic value.Results There were significant differences in the BF,BV,TTP and MTT values between the diabetic group and the non-diabetic group(P<0.05).The lesion vascular stenosis scores in the diabetic group were significantly lower than those in the non-diabetic group(P<0.05).The excellent rates of CT images in the diabetic group and the non-diabetic group were 94.3%vs.96.7%,and compared the difference were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of CT differential diagnosis were 97.1%and 100.0%.Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT can effectively differentiate the diagnosis of diabetic and non-diabetic lower extremity vascular disease,and can better show the degree of stenosis of lower limbs and high imaging quality.
