临床护理路径在产后出血急性失血性休克护理中的应用价值

目的研究临床护理路径对产后出血急性失血性休克患者的护理意义。方法选择2016年1月—2018年12月本院妇产科重症急救护中心的300例产后出血急性失血性休克患者,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规急救护理,观察组采用临床护理路径。结果观察组医生对护理人员的满意度和患者对护理的满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且术前准备时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的24h床上活动率和治疗措施知晓率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的生存质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的基础护理、特一级护理、护理文书书写、重点环节管理、病房管理和急救药品器械管理等评分值均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径对产后出血急性失血性休克患者具有较好的护理效果,可积极预防并发症,改善其生存质量,且医护间配合良好,患者和医生对护理人员的工作比较满意。

Application value of clinical nursing pathway in nursing of postpartum hemorrhage with acute hemorrhagic shock

Objective To study the nursing significance of clinical nursing pathway for patients with acute hemorrhagic shock after postpartum hemorrhage.Methods From Jan.2016 to Dec.2018,300 patients with post-partum hemorrhagic acute hemorrhagic shock in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Critical Care and Protection Center of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine emergency care and the observation group used clinical care pathways.Results The satisfaction of the nursing staff and the satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),and the preoperative preparation time was significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The 24-hour bed activity rate and the awareness rate of treatment measures in the observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);the scores of basic nursing,first-class nursing,nursing document writing,key link management,ward management and management of emergency medicine and equipment in the observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway has better nursing effect for patients with postpartum hemorrhage and acute hemorrhagic shock.It can actively prevent complications and improve their quality of life.It also has good cooperation between doctors and nurses.Patients and doctors are satisfied with the work of nurses.
